On this Oscar Sunday, I got up early and got my a$$ to the local Santa Monica Whole Foods for my weekly stock up trip. This is definitely an errand I tend to enjoy, and it’s a ritual for me to have the barista whip up a fresh “Paleo Green” smoothie so I can sip while I shop. It’s been a while since I’ve done a grocery haul, so I’m breaking down my full list below.
I hope this is helpful for anyone trying to switch over to a whole foods plant-based lifestyle (aka healthy veganism!) Also, keep in mind it’s best to buy ALL ORGANIC whenever possible, so all items below are organic AF. I’ve also separated the items out by the section of the store (produce, refrigerated, and frozen). Now, sit back, relax, and make your own list in between those Oscar commercials.
