I specialize in plant-based nutrition but you certainly do not have to be committed to being 100% plant-based for us to work together! My approach is very unique and my one on one sessions differ from what you would receive with a nutritionist, dietitian, therapist, or doctor. While food and nutrition are definitely the foundation, we will also explore how to support you from a holistic perspective, in every aspect of your life, to discover the root cause of symptoms you may be experiencing.
In addition to food, we will touch on how you’re being fulfilled in aspects such as your career, home environment, finances, relationships, physical activity, spirituality, and much more.
