I wanted to keep a quick hit list of my favorite vegan holiday recipes for Thanksgiving and Christmas. This is all the recipes my family and I have made (or picked up in store ha!) over the last couple of years. Here are some great ideas for sides and make ahead dishes you can bring to your work Thanksgiving potluck, your Friendsgiving, and even your family Thanksgiving meal of course! Cue the friends episodes where Monica gets her head stuck in the turkey, Chandler’s finger gets chopped off, and flag football is in full swing- those just really never get old.
I like to keep this list handy with all my go-to vegan holiday recipes and add to it each year when I try a new dish! You guys tell me if you give anything a try. Or if you’re looking for a vegan version of one of your favorite holiday staples- I’ll research a modified version for ya!
